I built one similar to what you're talking about for the back of my 2N. I use it for loosening up the top soil so I can move it easier with the back blade. It would work good for pulling a wire or tube like you need if you added a loop on the back of the foot. The shank is a piece of scrap grader blade and the foot is a shur-nuff-real-mcCoy Caterpillar backhoe tooth. I can sink it down about 14"-16". I would make a first pass without the pipe/wire attached to make sure you don't have any rocks etc in the way. Have fun.
