I made one from a single shank ripper, welded a 3/4 pipe on the back of the shank to bury gate wire for electric fence, it takes some extra weight to keep it in the ground and you need to feed the wire down the pipe slowly until you plow down 10 or 15' so the ground holds the wire. Look at the plows the phone co use.
