The N-series Ford doesn't make for the best loader tractor but thousands have put loaders on them and use them all the time. The drawbacks are the front end wears out quicker with the added load and without power steering the thing becomes a bear to drive. You'd better have good brakes because you'll be using them a lot to steer the tractor. As for the rear, I have a set of pallet forks that are really handy. Cost about $125 new. I use them to move all kinds of things around. Especially handy for picking up the riding mower to clean out the underside of the deck. Others report lots of success moving stuff around using a boom pole. I don't have one (yet) so I can't compare usefulness of the two.
