I'm sorry, I don't have a camera, but I can describe it fairly well. You either need to know how to weld or have a machine shop that doesn't charge too much. The vertical bar is a piece of 4" channel that is as long as the drum measures from the bottom rib to the top lip. The metal strap is welded to the channel bar so it fits around the drum just below the bottom rib. The strap is just a little shorter than the circumstrance of the drum and bolts together on the opposite side. The strap ends have a 4" ninety degree turn with a hole to allow a bolt to tighten it. The top of the vertical channel bar has a curved piece welded on it that fits over the lip of the drum to keep the drum from tipping to the rear when raised off the ground. The top link is just a bracket welded on with a hole. The bottom links attach to a piece of angle iron welded horizontally to the channel at a point which will allow the drum to reach the ground when the lift is fully down. I hope this is clear, but give a shout if you need more. Good luck.
