I never heard of anything like that being done. The engineering of the plow would not be too hard but there will be expense making brackets and obtaining cylinders. Some manufacturers back in the day had a system for using the tractor hydraulics doing the reset but that was with systems that developed in excess of 2000 pounds pressure neither of which the H or B will do. Then it comes down to upgrading the hydraulics or using an accumulator system that uses special gas (nitrogen) for the push back element. More expense plus finding somebody that can recharge the system periodically. The bottom line for me would be it is too expensive for the return seen and if it were me I would live with it. Probably something that would at least bypass the hydraulic issue would be to graft a spring reset assembly onto a plow. It will take a lot of research to figure out and a shortcut might be to find a mounted plow such as an Oliver that already has it and put a three point system on one of your tractors. Again, I hope it would be worth all the fuss. If there is no reason to press the B or H into doing this plowing then I would bypass the whole project finding a three point hitch tractor then find a suitable mounted spring reset plow.
