There were several options for blades, back then, ours had a blade on each end of the carriage, and a bar, that connected the 2 blades, under the arched center carriage. It has 2 carriage bolts, big suckers, 3/4", I think, with a cotter pin above the castle nut. There is also a bushing, that goes into the 1-1/2" hole in the blades. We always took the snap coupler version of this mower, and backed it over a hill, and removed the blades to sharpen. Not being able to see what's under your machine, it might be easier to use a hand held 4-1/2" hand grinder, to sharpen them on the machine. You can get blades, but the AC uses a blade with like 4 or 4-1/2" offset.
