Recently restored a model 15 IH haypress powered by my 1935 F12 and was having same problem. I found a few places to buy wire with a loop end but if I remember 10 foot wire was over $50.00 plus shipping for 125 pieces, the smallest amount they listed. I just use the unit for shows etc so and don"t need galvinized or special wire so I made my own. Local hardware stores, Lowe"s, Home Depot, etc, carry rolls of 16g tie wire. Cut it to length, loop-tie one end and you are all set. I think I made aprox 18 10" 6" wires out of one roll. I found my drive belt on Ebay. It was a double 21 foot by 5" wide and at a good price. There is usually two or three listed every day so it may take a while to find the size you need. Good Luck.
