JD 336 balers are good balers. The knotter system on 24T and 336 are very similiar using some identical parts. Nothing on pick-up will interchange as teeth are spaced closer together on 336 and strippers are narrower. 336 has rollers on plungerhead while 24T has wear blocks. 336 is easier to put in time than 24T IMHO.
