I would be willing to bet money you set it for 16 cell plates. What you need to do is either get a B-2 16 or get the proper settings for a 24 cell. Lincoln ag can help, don't know their web address, but the number is(402)-464-6367 You can also watch ebay, but don't pay over $8 or so per plate, you can get new ones for $11.50 from Lincoln. I saw some sunflower plates go for over $50 for just 2- they were used, and didn't come with the spacer rings you need for the thinner sunflower plates. Good luck!! Donovan from Wisconsin
