I got a 6 foot at auction year before last for 175 that was in pretty good shape. The 1st thing I would check is to see if the gearbox feels ok for slack and not binding up and it's all there, and check to see what all is broke or needs rewelded. If the lower shaft bearings seem tight the bottom seal might leak a little anyways. The blades for a reg bushog fit this one here. Be sure the Constant velosity joint is what's on front of the pto shaft, cause they're pretty expensive. They usually go for 150 to 275 around here, most times this auction has them hooked up before the sale to see if they work alright. You'll probly see a varying amount of pull behind equipment at auction. When you know what you're looking for there seems to be a good bit of stuff out there. Most of it is pretty reasonable to down right cheap.
