I don't remember ever selling a 403 diesel although the 301 glow plug engine was an option. Most we sold were LPG. All 403's were basicly the same except that hydrostatic drive was offered about half way through the production run. The 403 was a very good and reliable combine for its time. The "Rice Field Special" was especially good in comparison to other rice combines.
