Check the Fuel Cap and make sure that Vent Hole is not plugged.If it is, just drill it out.Hard to believe but this can keep it from running. Another thing to keep a eye on is the Bolt that holds the PTO Clutch Pulley on. Seems they think it better to use never seize rather than Lock tight to keep it tight.It will work loose and $200 later your back up and runing. I have learned the hard way,and this is common problem I have been told.
