I would have to say buy a zero turn built by either Ex-mark or Bob-Cat by Jacbosen. You can find a small model that is still as dependable as the bigger models and that will save you time and money in the long run. This mowers are expected to withstand many years (10-20) of professional landscapers duties. Parts are easy to come by and Ex-Mark offer next day delivery. These would be you best choices. Not a MTD, or Home Depo John Deere (which is john deere lower model and not built my MTD) or Lowes Cub-Cadet(which is MTD) Thanks.
