I like the old stuff too. Years ago I got a Simplicity 2 wheel tractor/rotary mower at an auction for $30. I was pleasantly surprised how much fun I had with it. I gave it a new 6 hp. transplant. Over the years I made things for it incl. a cultivator and 4' wide leveling blade which are very handy. Also made a sulky to go joy riding. Later I added another 2 wh. Simplicity, this one with a 3 speed forward and 1 reverse transmission. These can be had for very little. Kind of strange, compared to Cushman scooters of the same era that go sky high.
