pay close attention. 1. do you have 12 volts at the DC post of the regulator? 2.is your battery charged? 3.take off the 2 AC leads and check the output of the leads,at 3600 RPM, should be over 28 volts AC voltage. 4.if your do not have at least 28AC volts, repalce the stator, if you have over 28AC volts and do not have 14.5 DC volts, then you have wiring problems. 5.If you do not have over 28AC volts, also check to make sure you do not have some magnets broken or came loose in the flywheel.
