Electric start the normal way will require the starter, a generator/alternator, regulator and battery. 5HP B&S? I'd look for a snowblower with 110V electric start. only problem is Tecumseh was the dominate snowblower engine maker until they expired(20 years to late). As to if you current engine will accept the 110 volt starter you'll need to sort that out. With it being spring look out for off season deals in snow blowers. Word of warning if you go the snowblower engine route you'll need to marry parts as snowblowers don't have air filters and have a heat stove on them to keep the carb from icing. Get you a electric start snow blower engine, depending on your engine you'll bolt the starter on OR bolt the starter and a flywheel and blower housing on. OR put the shrouding & air filter on the snowblower engine. Of course this will only work if you can get 110 volt power where you want to start the tiller.
