I have repaired both outboard tie rod ends on my Gravely 812.
Found a pice of pipe that would fit over the tubular part of the TR end. Cut a piece of pipe off the same length as the tubular part of the tie rod end.
cut a slit in the pipe that would just fit over the stem on the tie rod pin, put a stainless clamp on each end.
Been working this way for 10 years :)
