This is a 1959 Power King with a $10 plow from a 4 wheeler I made the mounts and adapted the lift. Rope start usually on the first pull if you remember how to do it and hold your tongue just right Rear wheels have weights, chains and tires are loaded.
This one is a 1978 16-14 Power King with 2 transmissions to make it slow enough to blow snow and hydraulic lift.
This is a Kohler engine off an old Ford garden tractor which belt drives a pulley on the end of a shaft which goes under the tractor to the gearbox on the snowblower . I has it's own electric start and fuel tank.
This is a MTD snowblower which is the same as used on some Cub Cadets and Craftsman and other tractors. I bought this blower new at an auction in Vernon NY for $80. They had two used painted yellow with CC decals that day and both went for over a hundred. I took off the skids and replaced them with wheels from an old mower deck yesterday because the ground isn't frozen yet.
I never got to use it last winter, but in the latest snow I found out it needs a cab. By next winter it will have a cab. Other than that it works really well.
