I've never done swap,however checking sew site they have a 23hp briggs conversion for $1650 + shipping but some of the existing gauges won't work with eng,check ebay several p220 remanfactured long block eng listed for $1400 + shipping/core also one used eng listed,the remanfactured/used eng might be the better way to go as you just drop in & don't have to worry about any mods,but that's just my opinion.
