Hi Don't really have enough info here for diagnosis. It could be a leaking internal seal on the cylinder the spool might be leaking internally on the control block, the pressure relief valve is not set right, or the pump is worn.
can you define won't dig for us a bit more, or what it has for pumps is loader/ backhoe 2 separate pumps. Does it have pressure relief on both control blocks loader/ hoe or just on the loader like on I've seen. what happens with the loader lifting heavy dirt or rocks when it's warmed the oil. Meaning is it different to the hoe output or the same.
If the boom functions are left raised up do they creep down on there own quickly, without moving levers These things may help us figure it out a bit more Regards Robert
