Got stupid today and bought a 1960 Fordson dexta in so-so condition. It will need some tinkering odds and end parts, shift knobs, gauges, key switch, tach& cable, chrome emblems, radator neck and cap,,and a coat of paint!!! It is suppose to run??? The Tires are fair the paint is weathered and the tin has a few small dings. The man that owns it is a friend of mine and I gave $450.00 for it a lot less then he gave a year ago when he bought it to restore and gave up. So did I get burnt?????? But the main QUESTION where can I get new parts????? Used parts???? Engine parts??? What is the good news about this tractor???? What is the bad issues about this tractor????? Thanks for the info!!!!
