I am working on a 2006 industrial new holland u80 loader. When first approaching the machine the loader was working ok but it would barely move and power steering was inoperable. Then under heavy load it blow transmission dipstick clear out of its tube and overflow a ton of fluid. We replaced both hydraulic filters. The main filter had colasped internally and portions of the white filter material are in the system. We refilled system with new filters and tried again, it took a bit to get loader working, but it was working smoothly, powersteering started working and 3 point hitch was still working. It will now drive at idle speed, but once you rev it up it is still blowing the dipstick and fluid of of tranmission dipstick tube.
Does anyone know if this machine has 2 hydraulic pumps ? I can see the one mounted in front of engine off lower crank pulley, just curious if this could be another internal pump issue.
I noticed once it was low on fluid - nothing worked, no power steering, no loader, no 3 point hitch and no tranmission/movement. which would make me think its all one system, one pump.
If anyone has come across this before or could share a repair manual it would be appreciated.
