I know that I have seen a shifter lockout for this transmission that blocks the gear shift from going down into the 4th -- 5th gear shift gate.
It is a simple gizmo that bolts to the transmission cover and has a tab that you can flip up to block the shift lever. I know I have seen it on at least 2 tractor parts websites, but now that i want one, it seems to be made of unobtanium. I can't find one anywhere.
If anyone knows who sells this item, I would appreciate knowing where to get it.
