Hello Laneman , 1)Clutch release shaft should have a spring on it , go see CHN . 2)Is the rear main leaking ? If not leave it alone . If it is just follow the manual not that big of a deal . Trans. seals are simple . 3)DO NOT REUSE THE DISC , REPLACE IT . PLAIN AND SIMPLE . 4)Best source is CNH FOR EVERYTHING or Call Sam @ TCM 1-800-447-2161 FOR THE CLUTCH KIT . It is a pain sometimes dealing with CNH if you do not have a good dealer or if you do not buy a lot of parts BUT as the old saying goes you get what you pay for . If you choose to put a cheap CHINA clutch in your tractor you will be replacing it again because it will look like it does now . The price is cheap because the parts are cheap sh*t . Spend the money , Do it right the first time and you will not have to do it over again . Thanks Tony
