Well, a 1966 3 cylinder narrows it down to anything in the 2000, 3000 or 4000 series. Price range varies considerably on the condition of the tractor, what part of the country you're in, as well as what configuration it has.
There were multiple transmissions available on those tractors (4 speed, 6 speed, 8 speed or the 10 speed Select-O-Speed) plus multiple PTO options (Trans driven PTO, Live PTO or Independent PTO), plus they were available with gas or diesel (or even LP Gas) powered engines. If you're selling it with the mower as part of the package that will raise the price, but again the condition of the mower will play a big part on how much value it adds.
If the tractor is at the low end of the configuration spectrum, and the tractor and mower are both in poor condition, but it's at least running, then it might only fetch around $2000.00, but if it's at the high end of the configuration spectrum as well as being in very good condition, it might fetch as high as $6500.00 in my area, which is southeastern PA. You said that this one's a gas engine, so that might knock the high end of the range down a bit to maybe $5000.00 or $5500.00.
