Hello Kirk , Unfortunately I can't be of much help with the Dual Wheel Spacer kits as I have never had a tractor with a set or seen a set on a low hour tractor that was never altered in some form from stock . It does make sense that they would have the nuts with less hex on them so that they would fit tighter in the spacer and so that it would not wear into the spacer like the sharp edges of the hex would even though they should not be run loose . Have you been working on the your 61 841 4x4 or is it still in the garage just waiting under cover ? Thanks Tony
