We have a Ford 9000 with who knows how many hours on it. The tach didn"t work when we bought it and the guy we bought it from said the tach never worked when he bought it. Clutch petal wear look like 10000 plus hours. We put a reman engine in 1000 hours ago. I fixed the tach when we got it with a new cable.
We used it on the 15" stalk chopper this fall. Was running about 7 to 9 psi of boost at 2000 rpm.

Weak points are the PTO drive hub splines, shifting and park linkages, and block perforation from cavitation.
Easy on fuel and start good if the cold start button is pressed when below 50.
