Well, my luck is consistent......replaced clutch, added the power steering and finally got all my parts (had to rebuild carb, new ignition switch, dizzy cap, etc) to finish buttoning this 601 back up to test everything. Found a line on right side from column to cylinder pissing a little stream of fluid from a pinhole at lower end. GROAN!! Anyone know off the top of their head the correct fittings required to replace these steel lines......hopefully with premade brake lines I might add! Thanks once again. Oh, on a more positive note...I did get the hood and air cleaner painted yesterday. Was going to paint the rest of the tractor and loader today.....until it seems I have to take things apart to deal with steering line! If I ever get this finished, I will try to post pic.....but don't anyone hold their breath!
