I have went to the TSC tubes as they are much more durable than those supplied by local tire shops. 5.50 or 6.00 X 16", which either one you have uses the same tube with straight stem. I have the valve stem problem, most often on my 960 with 5.50's. This occurs when brush hoggng in heavy brush and palmettos. The front wheel gets up against trees or brush and the stem is sheared, usually not enough to go flat instantly but it will leak down in a few hours.
