Read my post under the compression test thread about 4 posts below this one - about getting fuel to that carb. Also do a search in the search box for Holley and you will find numerous conversations about your carb. It also wouldn't hurt to look at your spark to see if it is bright bluish white and jumps a full 1/4 inch. Maybe file the points and set the gap? Do the clean, bright and tight routine on all your connections - battery, starter, coil, distributer etc. That is a very good model tractor.
