well.. thats a deep subject.. i have an AC 5030 with a loader, live pto, live hyd, 26 hp diesel, but small tractor,,,that would work. its a compact tractor but fully fuctional with a loader that picks up 800 lbs.. a super dextra with live pto, locking rear, 36hp diesel, that would work, a 2600 gas, live pto, live hdy, 36 hp gas that would work. a massey feruson 135 diesel, live pto, live hyd, 37 hp that would work. an international 384 diesel live pto, hyd that would work.. a 4000 with independant pto.. yes independant pto, live hyd, 48 hp diesel that would work.. and a ford 7000, live hyd, ind pto, and 82 hp turbo diesel,,,with a newer 7610 engine, hinson cab with heater and ac that would be too big.. but you could have it.. how close are you to texas?? you could really use the smaller tractors for 4 acres.. i would look for a ford 2600 with live pto.. unless you gotta have a loader... if your in snow country.. you might wanna go with gas for starting and using for snowplowing... the older gas tractors are favorites up there for clearing drives and such... where the diesels are favorites for summer work and heavy duty work but can be troublesome to start a 10 below...
