If you need it, it's priceless. If not it's junk. Seriously, I bought a 1955 Ford 800, model 850 to be specific, last summer for $2500. I still consider that to be cheap. I've seen them go for up to $4500 in top shape for just the tractor. Sounds like you've got a couple thousand worth of implements but I'm no expert on value of implements. One resource you could try is on this site, to the left, click on "tractor registry". You can look to see what others have paid for similar tractors. Just curious, what model 800 do you have? If you're unsure, go to the link below to help identify it. I would pay more for an 860 than an 850 or 840 because of the live pto. Also, are you sure it's an 800? I thought '58 was when the 800 was replaced (upgraded) to the 801. Again, Dan's site will help clear all that up. Happy tractoring.
