i have the same puller you have pictured but the steering wheel in your pic looks nothing like mine as mine has the spokes rubber coated and i am trying to not break up the rubber. the chain link tensioner may work, if i can find one here abouts. i have taken more than a few steering wheels off fergusons and fords but this sucker is just plain stubborn.
