If you have good brakes, try this. I did it on the neighbors Deere and no more problems. Basically start the tractor in gear. First gear is best. With the tractor moving forward, foot on clutch and aply the brakes to stop the tractor. Use the brakes to force the flywheel to break loose. Next time you park it, hold the clutch pedal down with a "C" clamp around the running board or a board pushing down. Just make sure the clutch is not engaged with the tractor parked. I did the neighbors tractor twice, about two months apart. He now has a rod to keep the clutch open. Desire to eliminate the problem? Install a custom made Kevlar clutch. I did. That was before I found it it would relieve the sticking clutch problem.
Jumping the starter could be a jumper wire to the starter solenoid or a battery jumper cable from the battery diect to the starter. Now if you don"t have good brakes, it might not work.
