Place a Jack under the Axle Carrier and just take the weight Remove the Hood, detach the axle extension beams from the Centre Beam and move them out of the way to the side, no need to detach steering or Radius Rods. Remove the Pivot Pin after removing the securing Bolt. You may need a crowbar to Lever out the Pin. When fitting the New Axle Beam, be sure to fit TWO collared Bushes, rather than just one. This will give a lot more support to the Axle Beam, there should be no load on the Radius Rods or they will bend . The only load on these Radius Rods should be to prevent the Axle pushing back, it is not to prevent any twisting of the Axle that you will get if the Bushes and Pin are worn. You may need to remove the Radiator to get the Centre Beam out from underneath, it will depend on how much room there is between the Axle Carrier and the Radiator Shroud.
