flywheel to crankshaft torque = 30-33 foot pounds The clutch cover bolting to the flywheel is 10-12 foot pounds. The release levers on a Rockford clutch ( most common type on TO"s) are adjusted to a height of 1 13/16 inches from the face of the flywheel. You have to adjust these if you replace the friction disk, and should be checked anyway. This is kind-of hard to measure, there is/was a jig for this but it can be done with a steady hand and a carpenters straight edge and ruler. I attached a nice, general torque spec schedule for nuts/bolts that is good to use for general bolt-up when the manual does not say.... or when you don;t have a manual. For a class environment you guys should have a manual to learn the right way!
