I thought they were set up for two rows since they were wide rows back in the day, but I wasn't allowed to do any of the cultivating after the first time I did it. LOL In the condition that is in I believe I would offer $75. Maybe watching some farm auctions you could pick up another partial and make one good one out of two. From what I have seen lately most in complete ready to use condition they seem to be in the $300 range.
