It is starving for fuel, check sediment bowl or any other filter you may have in the fuel line. Sometimes dirt will settle out once the tractor is stopped for awhile and the fuel will flow until you start using it then the dirt becomes mobile and lodges itself to block fuel flow. Failing that, clean the carb again, soak it real good in carb cleaner.
Any time you have to choke it to make it run it's a fuel problem.
Also check that your float level is set correctly .
