The two stage clutch conversion entails changing the input shafts at the front of the gearbox complete with the housing and bearings. this means pushing the bottom shaft either back (or pulling it forwards depending on the age of the tractor) to let the large gear drop down enough to let the replacement housing into place. You then need a dual clutch cover and the two plates. Some of the original covers can be built to suit the dual clutch configuration, but it is easier to replace the complete unit. It is do-able, but quite a bit of time and money involved unless you can find secondhand parts of good quality and use your own time. Sam
