Remove the right side round side cover and you will see the Control Fork hanging down from th top into the oil. Move this Fork GENTLY back-wards and For-wards with the engine running using a long steel screwdriver or such to keep your fingers out of the oil....this should free the Control Valve...be careful when you move the Control Fork any implement on the 3 point may crash down. If the Hydraulics don't start to lift and lower then the Control Fork will have become detached at the bottom end and will require re-attaching to the Valve.
