i bought 2 injector pumps from roger back in september 2011. paid him in full up front. was told fed ex lost the packages but would issue an insurance check to cover the loss. he told me he had the check in his hand and would send it to me. this was over 2 months ago. lots of excuses and tales. i always give people the benefit of the doubt and allow them plenty of time to make good their word. in this case it paid off. roger sent me the amount of the insurance check...which was greater than what i had paid for the parts. he came across as a decent man and just seemed to have alot of bad things happening to him. i would rather have had the pumps than the money as they are very hard to come by. people are worth more than things...remember that in all your dealings.
