I bought some parts off this guy in early August. i sent him money for them and he was gonna have a friend of him deliver them on his truck. a month went by and the guy never called and no one showed. we them called him and he said he would look into it. we called him later that week and he said he was going to meet up with this trucker and get the parts and them Fed-ex them to us. after about two weeks the parts never showed. we called him and he said fedex must have lost them and then we told him we wanted our money back. he said he would send our money back in the mail via a check. well that was about two and a half weeks ago and we still havent gotten our money. i would like to ask if anyone has ever done deals with this guy or no where he lives. we no he lives in eastern Kentucky. any help would be very helpful. thanks in advance
