I also used the walmart process, should have listened to the gutt feeling and walked a way. When "Pete" said he would do the job I thought it was all on the up and up, then he told me he could not get to CA in time and he would call a friend to do the job who was out that way.
I have talked with this other person several times, he had no idea what Pete was talking about, just a pawn, but he does know him or who he is and is also pissed that people are getting ripped off. My $300 was never going to go to this other person for doing the job.
