VERY hard to put a price on these. The one you speak of is a JBII, the JBI like I have is a 14hp Briggs, and has larger tires. I paid $550 for mine with a deck and push blade. The deck however is in bad shape. I only know of a few others, & they are JBII's. One guy is asking $1500 (way too much) just for his tractor, and it needs attention. As rare as these tractors are, they just don't seem to bring decent prices. I think they are so unheard of that people shy from them. But, if all is in good "ready to use" condition, my opinion is the package should be worth $1200.
I have a Bush Hog JBI, and three D4-10 models and have done lots of research on them. Actually not much info out there. Manuals are still available thru Bush Hog Corp. though.
