In the past I have always stood up for the buyer. But I have one question for the buyer: How could any clutch driver be loose by a quarter turn? It would had to have only three splines and I can't think of a driver that only has three splines. If it had 4 or more splines, at a quarter turn loose, it would have been completely stripped off the crank!!!! I believe you better find another tree to bark up: The Wilkes are great people to deal with.
