Lance, I am a respectable 68 year old man. Who's word is good. I received your money in the mail Thurs. Aug. 30 around 4:00 PM. The post office closes at 4:30PM. That did not leave me enough time to mail it that day. I had my mother-in-law in the hospital Friday for surgery. That was an all day procedure, so I did not get it mailed Fri. Sat. I was in a tractor parade in the morning. The post office is only open for 2 hours that day, so I was not able to mail it then. I will mail your manual Tues. Sept. 4. You should receive it in a couple of days. I am sorry about your mower. I hope things will work out OK for you when you receive the manual. Fred
