The cylinder that leaks down is either leaking Hydraulic oil past the cylinder seals, or the valve controlling it is leaking back past its seals. I assume the rear cylinder is connected to the hydraulics on both top and bottom of the cyl. If it was connected with one hose it would be leaking fluid out the top if it was the piston leaking. If it is one hose, and if it is not leaking it is the valve. With no malace in my heart, I ask you again to use a subject line that mentions the problem. Hydraulic leak down - Farmall 200 As an example. It prevents people from looking at the post unnecessarily to figure out if they know what the answer is. It is a courtesy to the forum.
