Any attempt to repair weather cracks would be difficult I would think. These cracks open and close everytime the tire rotates, therefore the repair material must be very flexible. Running more air pressure might help keep the sidewall from flexing so much, but the ride quality suffers. If the cracks extend through the lettering, the repair will be easy to see. You might experiment with rubber dust and patch glue. Use a grinder on any old junk tire to make some tire dust (wear a dust mask). Mix the dust with the glue that comes in a tube/tire patch kit to make a paste. Index the tire so that the crack is fully OPEN. Carefully work the paste into the crack with a putty knife, toothpick, etc. Index the tire so that the crack is fully CLOSED. Use RUB-O (brand of rubber cleaner to soften rubber for patching) or lacquer thinner to wipe off excess and let cure for a while. Don't know the working time of patch glue after it is mixed with rubber dust. This is only an idea---I don't know if it will work, but it is a start.
