Yeah, pretty much everything from the bell housing to the front bolster on a 706D is just "slightly different" enough to make conversion from a 282 to a 310 a total pain in the rear.
The frame bolt pattern and spacing should be the same between the 560 and 706. You should be able to hang the engine in the frame rails using standard 706 front and rear plates.
Beyond that I really don't know. What are you going to use as a flywheel, clutch, starter?
The radiator outlet is on the wrong side too, IIRC.
