Hi CD, Welcome to the board. Great snag on Grampa's H. There's alot of info here and from really experenced people. On the nose, I would rework the one you have. It's not that hard and even if you don't have any experience on doing sheetmetal(SM) work you will have when you get finished in about 6 hours upon the worst condition and about 3hrs on your next one!! Take a body and fender hammer and dollie, buy these at any cheap place for about $35 a set like Northern Tools, a 1/2" thick metal working bench would be great or anvil, start dinging with the pointed end of the hammer, don't hit too hard but just hard enough to straighten the SM, don't try and straighten in all in one blow, take small areas at a time with going over the same area several times, The metals going to streach some but don't worry, after you get it close then take a oxy/actn tourch and heat round spots on the SM bubbles to about and orange heat color then cool quickly with a water soaked rag and the bubbles will shrink away leaving a straight piece. You might even split some SM but just "gas weld" not Mig meld the splits and holes. Baling wire makes the best filler wire there is for this and back up weld area with thick copper to keep weld bleed thru down. If you take your time and not rush you will not need body filler when done. Try it on a piece of scrap SM first and you'll see what I mean. And please wear ear plugs! Have Fun, T_Bone

This would have made me to be about16 years old and I drove the tractor for nothing and would have paid to drive it if I had had any money which I didn't, but neit
